Strathclyde University Technology Innovation Centre

LendLease commissioned Annandale Design in January 2014 to undertake a substantial metalwork package to Strathclyde University’s Technology Innovation Centre, in Glasgow.

This was one of the largest projects ever undertaken by Annandale Design, being completed over 11 months.  A number of services were provided throughout the period including the design, manufacturing and installation of a large number of balustrades and handrails to five main escape stairs in the building. Feature steel stairs to all circulation spaces complete with structural glass balustrades & oak handrails were installed as well as back of house metalwork including galvanized stairs and walkways to the roof and basement plant areas.
